Misuse of Reporting System

Ok, I've got a question about this reporting system, I'm an adult not a child, and occasionally I get children or someone who is not mature threatening to report me (and possibly doing it I cant tell) they are only doing this due to childish disagreements
or some other issue that doesnt warrant reporting, as soon as I hear them threaten me with a false report I turn around and report and block them in unsporting category with a comment that I was threatened with misuse of the reporting system.

If I block them, will this completely free me of them as far as seeing my profile? I know they will still be able to get into multiplayer games through other routes, but I'd rather not have some immature person being able to see me and have the ability to
report me multiple times for nothing and also have a gang of his immature friends follow him and do the same.

I've only had two reports in the last 6 months and have perfect standing, I would just like to be rid of toxic players as much as I can.

I also assume reporting someone for trying to misuse the reporting system is a valid reason to report that person.

Also I have long time adult friends that I talk trash with in nothing but good fun, sometimes dirty words come out, but these people never report me, if I'm falsely reported by one user does the report trigger a check on my communications with my friends?

Blocking another player prevents you from receiving that player’s messages, game invites, and party invites. It also prevents the player from seeing your online activity and removes them from your friends
list, if they were on it.

All complaints are investigated by the enforcement team. So if someone else is filing false complaints on you and getting their friends to do so as well, they can see that. If those people are found to
be filing a lot of false complaints, they can be suspended based on that. If they file a complaint on you, it can trigger the enforcement team to investigate your account and they could see any conversations you have with friends. Even though they are friends,
profanity is a violation of the code of conduct and you can still be punished.

Fake reports do nothing to you at all. Blocking them prevents them from messaging you, they can report you to their hands fall off and it will do nothing to your reputation/ban. People who abuse the report system however can get them selves in trouble.

However if you are using nasty words in a message and someone reports that message you will be punished for any rules you break. I highly suggest you keep all text coms clean.

one there is no public posts on the enforcement site

2nd if you had read the actual enforcement site it would dispel all the misinformation you are getting users

3rd all fake reports are checked and reviewed by more then one person and are issued valid or invalid if invalid it scores as a bad report and their accuracy score drops

Them before any suspension takes place it is sent to another team to review

If you had read the actual enforcement site you would know thisthis

Bans and suspension aren't instant it could be a month ago or a week ago

It takes time to review and nothing is instant

Instead of relying on misinformed players educate yourself on the system

Rep is not a enforcement issue nor will any pet member address those

Half the time it's really is the misinformed players fault

Retaliating or they want to shout I'm going to sue ms for false report

Calling other players sore losers shows you have bad sportsmanship which is an rep issue not a enforcement issue

There is no user forums on the enforcement site

One rep is not an enforcement issue and it is clearly stated on the enforcement site

2 rep is a community enforcement nothing to do with the pet

The community decides your rep not you

This is just like real life there is no reset button for reputation

Secondly as pointed out your behaviour clearly shows bad sportmanlike behaviour which is a valid rep issue

How you treat others is how you get reputation

my reputation is on the highest level possible, I'm not denouncing by just one report, but by misuse that may be affecting many other users. as I said, the threat came only because he was losing the match, no one humiliated or cursed him after or during
the match. The other report me gamertags are of people who have never played, or are fake accounts of this same user ... This isn't something someone honest ... you defend so that attitude that I'm guessing you've ever done the same.

No you aren't getting what people here are telling you

It doesn't matter what they say or do if you read the enforcement site you would know this not some random post

And most of the rep posts have nothing to do with enforcement

That's why we link them to the rep website

Now if you are talking about mistaken bans you should read the posts more closely

Most of them are retaliatory ones

Where they said something to the other users

That's why we say don't believe everything you see on the net

The pet team doesn't work like how some users think

99.9% of users don't have enforcement issues guess why becausd they know how to be human

Your actions and their actions count when they get reported

So if you retaliated in a way not fiting the tou you do get punished also
