Mister Cizl, Thank you for your "Help" <3

Mister Cizl I want to ask you something... why on gods green earth would I contact EA Sports for a Rockstar game.. No worries though, not only did the phone rep tell me to come here to resolve my issue and you told me to go there... (Ran me a loop thanks…)
Not only is all of that incorrect and invalid, I truly believe you did not even care, why might you ask? Because you then proceeded to lock the thread before I could even reply. And to top it all off… He said and I am litterally quoting you here… "Hey !
We are unable to assist with billing issues here on the forums." Umm then why call the Forum "General SALES and PROMOTIONS" ? It is also in the support forums… Why is none of this making sense to me right now

So this was his full reply to me. "Hey ! We are unable to assist with billing issues here on the forums. For assistance with the Shark Cards, please contact phone/chat support here.
For assistance with the server issues, you will want to contact EA support here. Thanks!"



Now I do not know about you… but last I checked GTA 5 is not owned by EA games… And EA games has nothing to do with the Shark Cards you purchase through the Xbox Live Store…



But thank you Mister Cizl… thank you… You truly do know how to help. You had the phone rep cracking up when she read your post. I mean dude… she was laughing at the fact you, being on a support forum about general sales and promotional content, (Which is
why I contacted you in the first place was for the Promotional content I did not receive…) and you told me you were not able to help… were not able? Or not wanting to help cause you just didn't care. Either or doesn't matter to me. I got my refund either way.

Again though, issue still stands... Connectivity still stinks for the server, at least and I mean at least 1,000,000 in game dollars lost due to disconnecting... but I doubt EA Games will compensate me for this. xD No I do not expect anyone here to do a
thing about it, but you could at least direct me in the right direction, both the chat support for xbox and support forums... you guys did nothing to help the situation, not even knowing who owns what game... I mean come on... the phone rep is the one who
did all the work fixing your mess up... Good luck and all, Just so you know though, RockStar Owns GTA 5... Not EA Games...

Apologies for the confusion. We're human and mistakes happen and sometimes it's hard to keep track of who owns what games.

I'm glad to see that you were able to have your issue resolved. For future reference, Rockstar Support has an

FAQ guide with instructions to follow if you purchase Shark Cards and they don't appear when they should. That'll be your best bet if you run into the same situation in the future. Also if you continue to experience a lot of server-side issues with GTA V
after you troubleshoot your console and network, you'll want to reach out to Rockstar Games and speak with them.
