    Mistaking Error


    I am a Ambassador that had been remove without reason I have no Enforcement act against my account and my Gold membership is in good standard it has been 11 months since Oct. 6, 2016 there was no complaints against my account even with Xbox please help restore
    my position as Ambassador it is now Sept. 5, 2017 nothing has been done to correct this issue.

    what error are you getting is it just invalid that could mean the following: region mismatch (you are in a different region than the code), entered incorrectly (try making sure you are not mistaking letters for numbers etc).
