Mistakes when loading Gold

After automatic extension of Gold-status on the console there is no access to advantages of a subscription, in attempt of access to settings there is a mistake 8C15000C, implementation of recommendations about change of the region didn't help as my country
isn't present in the list - Kazakhstan, a choice others didn't help.

Last year only a few games with the gold-status managed to be loaded, the similar mistake (connected with the region) was given.

im having same problem . wont load up on disc just gets stuck in loading mode . I then got gold membership still happening . I tried down loading free game w x box gold it down loads fine when you push to play it freezes

Because you live in a country that is officially supported by Live you have opted to set your gamertag to a different region than where you live. Because of this you will experience issues purchasing or downloading items.

Even if you chose to get a credit card for the region you have set your gamertag to and were able to purchase items you could still experience issues downloading the items because of region locking.

I'm afraid there's nothing anyone will be able to do to help you.
