Mistakenly Bought DLC wrong Microsoft Account

As the title says, I mistakenly bought the Heartland DLC for State of Decay 2 on the wrong microsoft account, I've been told DLC products aren't eligible for self-service refunds.

Is there any way I can get a refund for this purchase at all? I've already purchased the DLC on the correct account but now I'm out $10.60 for a DLC I had to pay for twice to actually use.

Nothing there. Again, it was a DLC purchase if that changes anything.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. As your order number isn't being listed, you may wish to go ahead and click the link that says "Why don't I see my purchase in the list?" for further information. Typically, this would be due to it being a non-refundable
item per the
Microsoft Terms of Sale.

From what you've previously posted, it does look as if you're going about the process correctly as outlined in our support article entitled

Request an Xbox digital product refund. Should you need assistance, I would further recommend
contacting Xbox Support by requesting a call back or chat as our Ambassadors have previously recommended .
