Mistakenly bought a 12 month subscription

If it was a 12 month prepaid card, then you don't have to pay for anything dor 12 months. If you bought the subscription theough Xbox, you can double check what subscription you purchased at http://commerce.microsoft.com and if you bought.

I bought this in October. It wasn't advertised as a 12 month core subscription. A 12 month subscription shouldn't be swallowed into a 4 month one just because it already had a subscription that's conning people especially when no one is told that this would happen.

Was it a 12 month subscription you bought ?

Where did you buy it from ? A shop or a website ?

no i bought a one month subscription, and i bought it on the actual xbox appstore

There is a specific time period for our subscription, and there is an expiration date. Let's say you purchased 12 months subscription, it will expire after 12 months.

But it kept renewing and expired in February eventhough I bought it In July
