    mistaken billing for renewal of microsoft casual games


    I paid for a one-year renewal of my subscription to Microsoft Casual Games (e.g. solitaire) in January '21. This would mean no advertisements when I play the games. However, I get a message when opening the games that my subscription expired. Can anyone suggest how I get in touch with Microsoft to correct this ?

    You probably mistaken the free play days with games with gold. If you are sure your purchased that game you can go to your settings, under account click on Payment and billing. Then click on order history. This will load a microsoft edge page and will show
    you your purchase history.

    I use Solitare and casual games, and have had a problem with the response being slow and jerky.
