    My son ordered FIFA22 back in July. He has waited all this time to open it only to realise that he ordered FIFA21 by mistake. The game has not been downloaded. Any advice on an exchange please? They are saying no refund because it's over 14 days.

    The only reason it is over the days is because we thought we were waiting for FIF22 to come out in two months time.

    The only way to exchange it would be to refund it and the purchase the correct item. Since it's outside of the timeline for refunds, that would not be possible.
