Mistake in gamer tag

Hi,

Anyone able to help me with a gamer tag issue please?

I wanted to change my gamer tag to BlazingSimba, but stupidly changed it to BlazingSImba. It's spelt right but I capitalised the i in Simba by accident. Because of this I can't pay to change it again as I still spelt it correctly, so it classes my name as
taken (because I have it just one letter is uppercase).

I tried the robot helper thing in the support area, got to the talk to a person part which looped me back to the robot! I got a call back via another way and the lady on the other end (whilst very friendly!) didn't understand what I was trying to tell her.
I don't mind paying to sort it, it just won't actually let me.

Any help would be appreciated please!

You will need to pay to change it again. You will have to do two changes as you will have to change it to something different then change it back to the tag you want with the correct spelling.

Xbox Support and see if they are able to do anything about this. Worth a shot!

thanks, and hi, it gave me that gamer tag too and its not my original, it signes me in ok but wont accept my original gamer tag, think i must have set another one up by mistake, this is realy doing my head in, i only wanted to try outbeta, now ive nothing
