Mistake. I download the wrong mappack

hello.

i play black ops and i bought me a new mappack.

but that was the wrong version. i need usk...

its ok i have buy now the right version. but i have now payed two times for one pack.

so my question: is there any way for change the wrong mappack with another zombiemod mappack?

I just want to download the new mappack. As always trouble. For now i am looking at a screen with pending pending pending. For thee hours... No mappack fun for me...

Sorry but the service does not offer an opportunity for either swapping a pack out or refunds as all sales are final. However, if you'd like to pursue the course you can contact phone support and give it a try.

Do you know if the mappack is something you download? I thought Epic was placing the maps on the servers so anyone cnaplay them in multiplayer; in other words if you did not buy the dlc (hord pack and the RAAM Shadow) then the maps did not get unlocked
off your disk. If this is true I assume there is nothing to download, but I could be wrong

yes resurgeance is searchable but the other mappacks are randomly PICKED unless a private match is selected

in order to use resurgeance in private match everyone in the lobby must have the mappack

if it is not selectable then someone is missing the map (if you are doing it from a xbox live party)

delete the mappack and clear system cache

then redownload it from the download history
