Discus and support Missused account!!!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have tryed by chat and email, to contakt this week about wrongfully use of my account!!!     Missused account!!!!


    I have tryed by chat and email, to contakt this week about wrongfully use of my account!!!

    I have blocked my card two times, but still nothing is fixed!!

    All my money is gone, and this has to stop. I have bankstatement to prove it!

    Need help now!!

    This has happend on the game Fortnight.

    I Have tried every step but they cannot validate my mum. If it isnt my mum then i fear someone else has access to my information and also my mums information. All the details we give you are correct but none seem to work. We need to recover this parental
    account as i believe it is now being missused. Can you please help ?

    Hi,

    since this is a community forum, we here do not work for Microsoft.

    What you should do first is to contact your bank and block those transactions and to reclaim as much money as possible. This will ban the Xbox account that is missusing your bank infos.

    Often a 'friend' of your kid, if you have one, could be the person who was it. In the case you have a kid ask him or her if somebody asked for you bank infos.

    If not report it to the police, cause MS will not give you any infos about the scammers account or IP.

    But for real you should ask yourself how it's possible to missuse your bank account for such a long time ?!

    You are responsible for your bank account and should check it every month !

    It's not the responsibility of MS or anyone else !

    it seems that someone is missusing your credit card information.

    Inform your bank asap to charge back the money and to block further charges.

    It just works on 1 console and I would recommend you not to let anybody have access to your account !

    Even if you trust your cousins, there could be a "friend" of them, who could missuse your account while they are not in the room ! And then you would get all the trouble cause you are responsible for your account ! We read this very often here in this forum...
