Misspelled tag only in games

That's your classic gamertag. You would need to try changing your gamertag and see if it gives you the option to change that one.

Well, I've seen this happened before, it shows two gamertags. But this happened (in the case I once saw) after a change from ine gamertag to another, like some kind of glitch that held the former gamertag and alse the new one! Don't know exactly why it happens. I'm looking into it right now to see if I come across any possible fix.

Have you ever changed your gamertag?

i changed it from a different user name so the name would be consistent across of the rest of my gaming platforms, steam, EA, etc.. i don't understand why it shows it correctly in game pass but then a misspelled version in game

I see, did you change it in function of this issue or just because you wanted at the time?
