    I need help, I purchased sniper contracts 2 on series x. When I pre-ordered and downloaded the store said series x enhanced, I started playing and realised it wasn't enhanced. I then checked the store and now the product has had the X/s logo removed. I have photo proof. Also I pre-ordered at £35 and was charged that amount then within 10 minutes the price changed to £33. The game is faulty as well constant freezes, unplayable frame rate. I explained all this multiple times to Microsoft refund centre and the refused the refund because I played it. I have replied multiple times with proof of foul play. This is against consumer law as it was missold and not fit for purpose. Why is this not being refunded.

    I've just tried that and they told me the refund centre is the only option which leaves me with a game that was missold and not fit for purpose.

    I've tried the refund section as mentioned in my original post. Called Microsoft and the told me the only way to get a refund is through the refund centre which I have tried. I have evidence of the product being missold. Check sniper ghost warrior contracts 2 on the store and look at the reviews. Also check there Twitter page and you'll see the same things. I'm astounded that Microsoft will go against UK consumer law even with proof of being misslead.
