    Not receiving reward credits

    Hi, I have not received any rewards credits since May 24. This includes mission rewards and VIP rewards credits.

    Yes, purchases made using your Microsoft Account balance as the payment method are eligible for Rewards.

    Gamerscore is not the same as Rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be used to make purchases. In order to receive rewards credits, you need to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.
