Mission Rewards not posted to account.

Hi, I’ve completed levels 1 and 2 of Go West For Rewards but level 2 isn’t showing in my statement - could you please confirm I’ve completed the campaign step?

I’ve made a purchase for £2.69, the cowboy assassin outfit for Avatars.

EDIT: could you also confirm which game counts for my “5 achievements earned” for level 3?

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

hi i was told my warrior mission rewards were not deposited into my account because my microsoft account was not in the same country as xbox account so i changrd them to same country and rewards were not deposited into my account.

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity for Rewarding, as mentioned in our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

After investigating your purchases from another source, we see that this purchase was only made on the 19th, so it would be too early for us to have received this purchase at the current time. As specified in the FAQ, please allow 96 hours (4 Days) for full
processing of a purchase for Rewarding.

Regarding what game you must earn achievements in, you must earn five achievements in the Borderlands titles you purchased as part of your Borderlands: The Handsome Collection purchase.
