Mission level teammates wanted

How do you build up your stealth bar and what's the benefit?

^It's easier to start up a mission and go to the beach, there's more people and since you're in a mission you don't get a wanted level.

 

halo 4 legendary, in game says i have not completed a level

I've had this happen to me as well, when i was playing the campaign I had a teammate quit the game. So the level we were on when he quit. Didn't count, unfortunately you will need to play that mission again. I hope this helps!
