Mission didn't update properly

Discus and support Mission didn't update properly in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi, I pre-ordered and preloaded Halo Wars 2 Standard Edition yesterday, 02/15, and the mission hasn't updated with that information.     Mission didn't update properly


    Hi,

    I pre-ordered and preloaded Halo Wars 2 Standard Edition yesterday, 02/15, and the mission hasn't updated with that information. This has happened before with Resident Evil 7 as well.

    I bought Resident Evil 7 in pre-order in January 13 and my rewards mission wasn't properly updated.

    We see that this purchase has now been awarded a punch and should be displayed on the web page shortly. We are currently investigating the possible cause for this delay. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases so it would be too soon to see your purchase for Halo Wars 2.

    Hello Thisagosc777,

    As Smwutches says, purchases take up to 96 hours to be processed. If February 20th comes by and you do not see your punch, let us know with a new post and we will investigate.

    Halo: MCC Achievements not popping.

    So a year later, and achievements still fail to pop

    In halo 4, completed 3rd mission solo on legendary in June 2015, and it showed it completed solo on legendary properly but didn't pop the achievement for that mission (which doesn't require any particular difficulty).

    I waited 5 months and it never popped.

    Then last week I did all the rest of halo 4 on legendary co-op and the achievement for doing all missions legendary didn't pop. So had to rep,ah mission 3 and it popped. BUT I SHOULDVE GOTTEN CREDIT THE FURST TIME WHEN I DID IT SOLO!

    I wish 343 would fix these problems!

    Halo 4 "Wake up John" Achievement problem

    In theory, you only need to complete the missions that we not properly completed to get the achievement. There might be a level that you didn't complete fully (such as using a rally point). You shouldn't have to play the entire campaign again, and if you've
    already complete the prologue, you won't need to do that again either.

    Just a side note, once an achievement has been unlocked, you can update or add a time stamp to it.
