    Mission control needs to get developers to fine tune one guide and Xbox listening


    EVERY TIME that I try to get my xbox to watch The Tennis Channel, the console chooses every channel but Tennis Channel. It will say I said history channel, HBO, Cinemax, wgn, cbs, travel channel, a&e, tbs, gsn, etc.

    most of those sound nothing like tennis channel. I spend several minutes yelling at the tv before I give up and change the channel manually. The voice recognition needs to be fine tuned some more.

    Stuttering video using Hauppauge TV tuner on XBOX Once

    I've replaced the Hauppauge tuner with a $49.99 Tivo Roamio OTA. you don't need a tivo subscription as the xbox one controls the tivo. there is a slight delay when changing channels, but it works great, I get all of the guide info with the one guide, hopefully
    we can DVR soon

    TV Tuner One Guide problems

    Yeah I can view all the channels fine but my One Guide has "No info available".

    This better get sorted or I'll be sending my digtial tv tuner back.

    And the fact that my Xbox needs to be connected to Xbox Live in the first place to receive One Guide info is annoying considering I can get all the info on my freeview tv through my antenna.

    Really disappointed. Seems like a waste of money.

    FYI, I do run all the test and steps. And it's not that it's missing from the guide. The Xbox doesn't recognize the voice command correctly.

    hey mate, from my knowledge the later model controllers don't have the 3.5 mm aux jack on them and need a adapter I'm guessing the quick guide will be talking about that. if your controller does have the 3.5 mm jack you can fine tune your audio by pushing
    the xbox button on the controller then go across to system then audio then you can fine tune in that menu.

    It fine tunes the controller, more precise, better trigger feedback...etc. I'm not sure if the Play/ charge kit works, I think you need to use a Micro USB cord. Plug the Micro USB into the controller to the Xbox One then click update controller.

    All channels is set to 0.

    Hi Skakiz,

    Sometimes the channels are set to 0 because we don't have USB Tuner guide data for Sweden. Tuning to the channels should work, but you won't have updated guide data (though you can tune fine).
