Missings points

since the new format around ate ago or so, my points have taken months to get from my eligible purchases and awards as a gold member. as of Jan1 2017 , that month I spent 52$, nothing I posted a discussion nothing from Xbox live, Feb 27$ , nothing, same
as before. so March comes , sure enough no rewards for my money spent on top of surveys, ach. ,ect. I'm sick of Xbox live rewards,it's actually false advertisement, the only reason
I'm asking for email is because I never get a response from a customer service rep who works these sites I get responses from people and that's nice and kind of them but I never get an answer and I never get my money or credits that turn into money thank you
for your time please read this and please fix my account .

so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Gotcha! Are the 5,000 CoD Points the only thing you're missing or are there additional missing items/points?

 

You'll want to post in the support section of the forum in order for support to check into your account. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at
least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
