Missing XBox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards

Last week I exchanged 2 x 250 worth of Gems for 2 x 5000 Microsoft Rewards credits. The Gems were taken from my account but confirmation was not received. I have checked my MS Rewards account but the Rewards have not been credited. I then contacted XBox
Support only to be referred to Microsoft Rewards Team. They responded telling me to speak with XBox support as it wasn't their responsibility. I went back to XBox support who told me they can't do anything and to post on here. How very kind of 2 Microsoft
Support Teams to wash their hands of it.

Yes it may be a trivial amount but these are Rewards I earned and they should not be stolen by Microsoft.

Please can you folks take a look at it and get it resolved for me?

Missing Microsoft Points?

Still missing 40 Microsoft points from Xbox Live rewards and 100 from Bing Rewards.

I'm missing rewards I bought the Xbox one S through the Microsoft store and i still haven't recieved my rewards. Please get Back to me

 

I can see the credits have been added to my XBox Live Rewards account not the Microsoft Rewards account. I assume these will be moved over on switch day?

 

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you got them before June 1, they will be deposited around the 15th. If you got them after a June 1, they would be deposited at the end of the month.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
