Missing Xbox Rewards credits

I signed up for the rewards so yesterday i bought Titanfall and last week i bought 15 Pound microsoft points and it is saying i have no rewards credits. Done all the buying through the xbox store. Finding it a waste of my time now. If i went to game

The money back reward would be on my iphone app for the shop. But i go with this new thing xbox credits and after spending over £55 i dont see any credits and it was all spent online in the xbox store. Think al stick to going to game if i dont see any credits
appear. Anybody had the same problem ?
