Missing Xbox Quest Rewards

I have completed the Xbox Live Quest every month since i bought my Xbox One S. I have yet to recieve my rewards for January and February. What is the correct way to get this addressed. I was really hoping one of those 2 rewards was going to be a month of
game pass.

Hi there Mister Cizl! I have not received an Xbox Quest reward from any month. I'm pretty sure it was January and February. I think I missed Decembers Quest by just not adding a few more friends. :/

if you do the quests but don't receive the reward points go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to Contact Microsoft
Rewards Support.

that will open a support ticket where you can give details of the quests you have completed and the amount of points missing

Phone support suggest to direct message a member of the forum and give him a "reference" number to check it out. So far, no response.

The problem is, phone/chat support do not handle promotions. Only support in this forum handles them but they have not been posting.
