    Missing Xbox One game


    Hi.

    I was recently going through my Games and Apps on my Xbox to install a game for a co-op session online, only to find the games in question missing. The games are the Marvel Ultimate Alliance games (Both of them), and they are not showing up in my owned games. I last played them just two years ago and I know I own them, but I can find zero proof of it other than them showing on my GamerTag.

    I do gameshare, but not with a person who would play these games, and they would not have bought them. There are no physical copies of these remasters, so I didn't play them that way. Support asked me to browse my Order History, and despite going back years, I still can't find my games. I've hit a dead-end and I don't know what to do. I did buy these games, but for some reason, I cannot find any proof whatsoever that I have. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    you dont miss anything, on xbox one games its not stated on the game description which is a big miss because on xbox 360 this Information is provided.

    It depends on if they're Xbox One games that are missing the gamerscore or 360 games. If it's Xbox One games, then it's just a glitch that should fix itself.

    Xbox series got 20 to 50 more gb then xbox one and that what missing.

    Fix the game ASAP.
