Missing Xbox Live Tenure on Profile

I just noticed that i don't have an xbox tenure icon showing on my profile and i contacted xbox support and they told me to write on the forums. I have been playing on xbox live for 9 years and it should show because all my friends have it except me and
they cant even see mines when they check my profile. Does anyone have this issue? Can someone help me solve this issue? they will be a lifesaver !!

My Xbox Live account tenure is missing...

I bought a Xbox One last week and recovered my Xbox Live account and my years of tenure is missing on my live profile. I've been an xbox live member mid 2000's and have been a xbox live gold member for several years but it is now showing zero tenure on my
profile. Any idea what's going on? Thanks.

Xbox ONE Tenure missing/ disappeared.

I can see all my friends TENURE icons & I use to be able to see my own TENURE on MY PROFILE on Xbox One.

On 360, the tenure is displayed correctly on my profile. But the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile.

My friend has confirmed that the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile page.

I've deleted and re-added my account on Xbox One and checked my Privacy settings.

HELP MICROSOFT SUPPORT!!!!

Your profile shows a silver subscription plan it doesn't say you are a gold member that may be your reason.

I'll contact a mod for you and see if they can assist you in this.

Anyone who's TENURE (Years on Live) icon is missing from their Xbox One profile page, please post your issues on the thread in the link below. There seems to be a connection between those profiles affected by the March 13, 2014 GOLD STATUS OUTAGE, were

Actually Lost your wrong This person could recieve help from Miss Ermine and her team in the support section. They are simply in the wrkng section.

But i guarantee the tenure on the OPs profile is correct.

The tenure is no longer the number of years you have been on xbox live. The tenure number now corresponds to the number of accumulative years the profile has been Gold.

My account active and gold since 2008 and it displays a 6.

OPs profile avtive since 2008 gold for only 2 of those years.

So here we go again! My Tenure is Missing with the Newest November Update on Xbox One. I first re-downloaded my profile and cleared the cache and all but the my tenure is still missing. I was wondering, because on 360 it still showing my correct tenure.
I dont think I will get a response soon, but when of those ppl read this who can create a ticked for investigation or something, feel free to do so and email me on my Gamertag Connected Email or on Xbox Live. Thanks in Advance!
