Missing xbox live rewards

So haven't checked my account in a good while. The first thing i noticed was the lack of data for the past 8 months like there is nothing after sep 2016, And I know for a fact I've bought games and gold since then. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July
1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

Hello Daniel91Parker,

We only award payback for every 6 GBP. Your last major spending was in September 2016. You then spent .79 in March, so that did not award payback. Your purchases in April were just awarded; due to an issue with some members payback for that month was delayed
until recently. Regarding purchases in May, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. As mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "Got questions? We've got your answer here!" (Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.),
we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals as of July 2014.

All future Xbox LIVE Rewards inquiries and issues will be addressed by the Gamertag XBLRewards0 (denoted with an X CUL) whom you may contact directly by posting in the new Forum 14, Using
Xbox LIVE Rewards.

The Misters and Misses of the Xbox Forum Support team (denoted with the S CUL) will no longer be part of the official Rewards support process. Miss
Henanigans will be hanging her hat and will no longer be the main point of contact for Xbox LIVE Rewards inquiries.
Inquiries may also be directed to @XboxLIVErewards or @XboxSupport.
