    Missing Xbox live point for years?


    Hi Support,

    Been trying to figure out why there is a huge cap between 2014 to this month with my Xbox gold rewards points. I should get 250 points monthly. But haven't gotten any for serveral years. Where can i contact you to resolve this question?

    Somewhere around July I had 1440 points missing on my xbox live account. I was tying to purchase something noticed it missing.. So is there some way i can get my points back?

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    This forum and Twitter are the only places to receive support for the program.

    added note my gamer points used to be in the 30k or higher so about half my stuff is missing idk if its my hardrive or an xbox live thing or what ive had the same xbox 360 for around 2 years.

    This is usually a temporary Xbox Live login issue. Are your points still missing?

    You're missing the point. Xbox live is the only thing that puts a paywall around a browser.
