Missing Xbox Live Message Promotion

Periodically i get promotional messages from Xbox Live, like DLC code for Smite, Gears of war.. Sometimes they just message me to tell me the good news..

I got really lucky and they sent me a $10 Code for Gamepass or anything else on the Xbox Market for games.. I screenshot the code from my phone (where i get xbox messages like text) to enter in later...

i got unlucky broke my phone and although i did have a backup the screenshot is GONE...

now i cant find it on my xbox messages or on my phone app.. im at a loss for words and i feel like a twilight zone episode,... Thank you for your time, i hope youre all safe and well.
