    I buy a 14 Days Xbox Live Gold Membership Card Trial at gamesdeal.com

    First time i use the redeem code, nothing happend and my xbox live membership is still unactived

    I try it again and it tell me that the code is used, try it again with another code.

    So, what could i do to get the membership?

    Hello, as this is to do with your xbox live membership, only Microsoft can sort this out. Hope you still have the code as Microsoft can track where it was used and if there is / was an issue.

    Why would you ask me?

    14day trials you don't buy

    Two things though

    First 14 day trials do not change your status to gold it only gives temporary multiplayer access specifically for the games you bought them with unfortunately because you bought them you don't know which game

    So because you don't actually have gold you can't get games with gold or deals with gold

    You need a paid membership for that

    2nd because of the above limitation you only have access to certain multiplayer features usually non ranked games or no access to gold games like destiny etc

    You can check your status under my account and subscriptions on this website it would say 14 day trial not gold

    Hi if anyone can help I would appreciate it I have brought a voucher for game to get Xbox live but when I redeemed the code it went to my Microsoft account and wont let me buy Xbox live with that it keeps asking me for a credit card

    THEREALISTTKO - please do not post the same question in multiple threads. This has been answered in your other thread.

    Currency cannot be used to purchase Live. You can only use a credit card, Paypal or a pre-paid membership card.

    Xbox Live Gold Tenure goes by concurrent Gold Membership, If you missed some Gold for a while it will do that.

    ok. Thanks for the help. How about this scenario.

    Xbox 1 - Set as my Home Xbox with Gold, but uses separate free membership account.

    Xbox 2- Set as Home Xbox with free membership, but I sign in and play with The Gold account.

    Would this allow the two consoles to share Xbox Live? Or am I missing something here?
