    So I redeemed the code for the Day One achievement. But I can't find the achievement anywhere.

    After contact the support they refered me to here and said you guys could help me further with the problem.

    Xbox One Day One Edition Missing paperwork/achievement

    If this situation has happened to you, please contact us at 1-800-4MY-XBOX so that we can resolve this matter. Missing paperwork or missing Day One Achievement codes can be recovered once Xbox LIVE Support is contacted.

    "Day One" achievement not unlocking

    I've been redirected here from the "Chat support". I'm also missing the "Day One" achievement even though I've scanned the code on "Day One" Missing Xbox Day One achievement ;)

    Sorry, we can't help you either.

    Try the Xbox ONE section or the Xbox ONE Support section.

    IMHO,

    Day 1 was about a year ago........ Meaning, you should NOT get it anyway.

    Well sir, the world doesn't end at the USA.

    Day 1 for me was 1 month ago! In the Netherlands the Xbox released on 5 sept, in China/HK on 28 sept.

    Anyway I'm going to try it on the Xbox One support thank you for that.

    You are correct!!! the USA is not the end of time..... we try though Missing Xbox Day One achievement :)

    Day 1 was a MONTH ago for you ........ either way, one year or one month, day one came and went.....

    Did you have the code on that day last month?
