    Missing xbox credit


    About 2 weeks ago I bought a $25 xbox card and added to my account thinking it was a 3 month gold membership when I had xbox 360, anyway I got xbox one and purchased a gold membership and tried to spend my $25 credit but it's not there. Why?

    Missing rewards credits

    I upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox One S as part of the 50,000 rewards credits offer, but have still not been credited any points. Can someone help to credit my missing points?

    Hi, are you signing in with the same account that bought the $25.00?

    Did you change your region? Were you set in the US on the 360 and then change your region after you got the One?

    Finally, check your transaction history online to see if you bought something with the $25.00. Xbox Billing History | Xbox Download History | Xbox Live Charges

    Also keep in mind that if you're trying to use the currency to purchase 360 content on the One, it will not show up as a valid payment method.

    It should take about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending after you redeem them.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
    OK ... but for what concerns the purchase of:
    - Pass the seasonal call of duty Black Ops 3 performed Sunday, 06 / March / 2016
    and
    - Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare - Digital Deluxe made on Saturday 29 / Oct / 2016
    When will I receive the rewards points ....? I knew that purchases in the store were rewarded with rewards points
