Missing xbox 360 gamerscore

hey guys I waited for another email response from a ms agent and this is whay he said.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting Xbox Support.

We are sending an email regaridng your concern . I really wanted to help you with this one. But on our end we were uanble to access the game score of the account as the xbox ambasaddors only can do it. I would suggest to log in your account on a 360 console
then try to log in on xbox one console but if all esle fails, the best thing we can do is to post your concern on xbox forums. I hope you understand

I guess you got someone that had their first day on the job.

Xbox Ambassadors are "only" gamers like you that like to help others voluntarily. As such we don't have access to someone else's account or Gamerscore, and we definitely can't access other people's Gamerscore.

Basically anyone (including you yourself) can simply
sign up to be an Ambassador here. There you can then experience for yourself that we can't do anything but to describe what a person seeking help has to do themselves.

While Ambassadors are people that like to help, we technically can't do anything more than the average user. Which means, we can't access other people's accounts.

As you can see from the screenshot I did from the website of your Xbox Profile, you will see that the Xbox Live service has your Gamerscore intact.

So try to
delete your profile from your console, press the power button on the Xbox One console for about 10 seconds, and then start the console again.

After the console has finished booting,
add your profile again.

In your first post you wrote that you had "about 110,000 Gamerscore". I just posted a screenshot of your profile showing that your account DOES HAVE 112,049 Gamerscore. So no wonder the support can't find your missing Gamerscore, as it seems that it IS STILL
THERE!!!

Can you post a screenshot where it shows your Gamerscore missing?

Where are you looking for your Gamerscore? Through an app? On the console?

hi again, when I see a 360 game progress it says no unlocks but upon clicking it the achievements are dated and unlocked. Also the gamerscore total is 110k missing not the current 113k I have to in total there should be around 220k.

I know you stated you haven't hacked your achievements, but there are some very suspect achievements on your account. Have you checked for a gamerscore reset at http://enforcement.xbox.com?

Yeah, I have 3 xbox 360s one uk one a japanese one and a us one. As for xbox ones I only own a uk one. I also checked my enforcement record and only saw a few from a year ago which was a temporary communication banned from XBL parties and messaging which
has nothing to do with gamerscore.

I'm not sure why it's not listed, I don't know if they just don't list them anymore, but I would guarantee it's a gamerscore reset. Someone else posted with the exact same "symptoms" (achievements showing when you click on the game but not adding to the
total gamerscore) and a reset was the reason for it. Gamerscore resets are permanent so there would be no way to get that gamerscore back unless you created a new account and re-earned those achievements.

Oh this isn't really making much sense. Every other enforcement suspension has shown of a comm suspension... I guess il have to keep earning achievements! Thanks any ways .

It depends on if they're Xbox One games that are missing the gamerscore or 360 games. If it's Xbox One games, then it's just a glitch that should fix itself.

If they missing gamerscore is from 360 games, it could be a gamerscore reset. Otherwise, it's typically a server glitch that usually fixes itself within a couple of days.

alright does the xbox 360 on the actual console fix itself just like with xbox one achievements where the gamerscore and achievements are missing or not adding up?

Did you unlock the achievement on the One or on the 360? I had this problem -- where my gamerscore on the 360 was missing the gamerscore I had earned on the One. However, once I unlocked another achievement on the One -- not the 360 -- it updated on the
360.

Support really won't be able to do much. If the missing gamerscore is from 360 games, then it is typically a gamerscore reset. If it's not from 360 games, then it's usually a server error that will fix itself after a couple of days.
