Missing xbox 360 gamerscore

hello all my xbox one gamerscore has just dis sappeared. I don't have any enforcement suspension or anything. Nor have I hacked my achievements in any way. I had about 110,000 gamerscore with about 4500 unlocked achievements could anyone help me please.

Missing Gamerscore and unable to launch Xbox One achievement app

I am unable to open the Xbox One achievement app to view any achievements earned on the Xbox one. The 4,855 Gamerscore earned I have earned on the Xbox one is still viewable on the Xbox 360 at the top of my gamer card. However the 4,855 Gamerscore is missing
from my total.

On the Xbox 360, I am missing 29 achievements totaling 530 Gamerscore across 2 games that were unlocked on 12/27/14 that are showing unlocked when I view my achievements but not added into my Gamerscore.

If you continue to have problems then delete your account (ONLY the account NOT the items).

Then recover your GT again OP to see if that clears things up.

It might just be a glitch and resolve itself but if not give that a go..

Have you checked your game history to show if the games are still tied to your account? Do the games still show in your achievement list?

I had an issue that was similar, this is how I fixed it:

Performed a soft console reset to ensure my downloaded content would stay on the console.

Re added my account.

This gave me everything back.

Please let me know if this helps or if you need more in depth steps with this process.

hi thanks for the reply I've tried this step and nothing happens. When I hover over a 360 game achievements progress it says 0. When I click on it the gamerscore and achievements are shown unlocked with the dates. Plesse help thanks.

 

Have you tried removing your profile from the Xbox and then downloading it again. Deleting your profile from the Xbox is fine to do and you will still have everything when you sign back in. I still see all of your gamerscore when I view your profile, so
you definitely haven't lost it.

 

yes I tried doing that as an agent has told me to do but still nothing. I'm not sure if I'm gonna get it back or not?

I think you need to re-contact again Xbox support, no one in here can help you magically find your missing gamescrore

bump an ms agent emailed me a week saying I have to ask an xbox ambassador on the forums

When I go to Sign in to your Microsoft account I can see that your profile has 112,049 Gamerscore.



So it might be a local issue on your console. Please delete your profile from your console and re-download it.

Also, we Ambassadors in this forum are "only" gamers like you that happen to like helping other people voluntarily. We don't have access to other people's account, so we can't do anything to your account.

So I'm sorry to say that the agent gave you incorrect information about an Xbox Ambassador being able to help in that case for two reasons:1.) As I said, we can't change anything on other people's accounts and2.) Your Gamerscore looks okay, so there is nothing
to fix on your account.

If you still see no Gamerscore on your account on your console, delete and re-download your profile, as it seems correct online.

We are sending an email regaridng your concern . I really wanted to help you with this one. But on our end we were uanble to access the game score of the account as the xbox ambasaddors only can do it. I would suggest to log in your account on a 360 console
then try to log in on xbox one console but if all esle fails, the best thing we can do is to post your concern on xbox forums. I hope you understand

I guess you got someone that had their first day on the job.

Xbox Ambassadors are "only" gamers like you that like to help others voluntarily. As such we don't have access to someone else's account or Gamerscore, and we definitely can't access other people's Gamerscore.

Basically anyone (including you yourself) can simply
sign up to be an Ambassador here. There you can then experience for yourself that we can't do anything but to describe what a person seeking help has to do themselves.

While Ambassadors are people that like to help, we technically can't do anything more than the average user. Which means, we can't access other people's accounts.

As you can see from the screenshot I did from the website of your Xbox Profile, you will see that the Xbox Live service has your Gamerscore intact.

So try to
delete your profile from your console, press the power button on the Xbox One console for about 10 seconds, and then start the console again.

After the console has finished booting,
add your profile again.
