    Missing Xbox 360 game purchase


    Hi, I was hoping somebody could help me. One of my Xbox 360 Arcade game purchases is missing from both my purchase and download histories, and the page for the game won't let me download it without rebuying it. Is there a way to fix this?

    (Note: I am using the account the purchase was made on, before anyone asks. I have only ever had one Xbox account.)

    Edit: The game in question is Half-Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax. I have checked on the stores on Xbox 360, Xbox One, and the Xbox website, but it doesn't show as purchased anywhere.

    Battle Pack not available

    Why the Battle Pack DLC isn't available to purchase on the Brazilian Xbox 360 Marketplace? It's the only one DLC missing to complete the game.

    hi

    my son has been playing minecraft, saint row, far cry 4 etc in Xbox 360. is it possible to transfer the games to xbox one? minecraft is an online purchase. rest all the discs we bought from Game.

    he doesnt want to upgrade to xbox one but ofcourse we are missing out the new features of xbox one and xbox 360 is getting out dated fast and would value for nothing soon.. ihave few consoles left like that and lying in the garage.. (ps2, xbox, psp etc)..

    any advice on transferring the games would be helpful for me to decide on xbox one..

    I'm the only person who uses my Xbox, and I remember seeing it in my purchase history in the past when I had unrelated issues. I wonder if it's related to the Xbox Live service issues.

    Hey ElDiabloLoco90! You can double check once we have the service alert resolved, but if you don't see it in your download or purchase histories the game was purchased with a different account. I would suggest looking at the download and order histories
    for each of the accounts on your Xbox 360 consoles. Thanks!

    Hey ElDiabloLoco90! You can double check once we have the service alert resolved, but if you don't see it in your download or purchase histories the game was purchased with a different account. I would suggest looking at the download and order histories
    for each of the accounts on your Xbox 360 consoles. Thanks!

    Backwards compatibility missing 360 games

    Hey there MrControverse.

    It sounds like these games were purchased on a different account that had it's licenses tied to your Xbox 360. If you have a different account please sign into that on your Xbox One and check your Ready to Install list for those missing games.

    Yes I have I was pleased to see that another profile with a fresh save worked and made it past the start menu. I am curious now. It could be a corrupted save file or it could because some of the DLC that was downloaded on my Xbox 360 is not downloaded
    or purchased on my Xbox One S. The missing DLC was purchased on a different account on my Xbox 360 at the time so I only had access to it because it was shared throughout the Xbox 360. Should I purchase the missing DLC to check if my main profile would load
