    Missing Windows Phone Achievements


    Hi there.

    It appears that Windows Phone achievements are not appearing on my Live profile, under tag . I recently earned the last achievement for Harbor Master, saw it pop on screen with the official achievement rounded, rectangular image. My phone shows
    that I received the final achievement - Harbor Master - for handling 50,000 cargo containers as per the image below -

    However, this achievement has not been acknowledged by Xbox Live. I have attached an image of my achievements for Harbor Master, as registered through TrueAchievements -

    I have looked at my Live profile and find that it does not display Harbor Master at all. There also appear to be a number of other WP games missing from the list of achievements gained. Xbox Live only shows 10 WP games against my tag. I have 56 WP games
    with at least 1 achievement in them -

    The same thing. I'v missed story-related x360 achievements in Lego pirates("You filthy, slimy, mangy cur!"), Lego Harry Potter("Teacher's pet"). Winphone games too: Make It Rain("Make your first billion" missed, but "You made your first BB" unlocked), AoE:
    Castle Siege,Total Conquest. I think wp achievements missed because I swiped popped window "unlocked achievement" in notification area of my phone. But not sure.

    By the way in game wp progress indicating that all achievements are unlocked but in hub they are missed.

    What specific game are you having trouble with?

    Can you try loading the Xbox console companion app after you unlock an achievement to try and force a sync?

    The game in question is/was Fable Coin Golf. However, it seems to have resolved itself. At the time, I did go to the Xbox Companion app in order to force a sync. Thank you for your assistance. :)

    Hi ,

    There was a massive thread from 2020 where this was a known issue. Please try these few things from that thread to see if they will help:

    • Check TrueAchievements to see if your achievements sync online there, you may also be able to scan your achievements on this website.
    • Make sure the game is synced up to Xbox Live when playing.
    • Close the game and refresh your Xbox profile on your PC, or phone.

    I'm on TA daily as well as Gamertagnation.com and all of my achievements sync properly except for my most recent Windows Phone achievements (WP achievements were syncing in February). The game is synced up to my profile; if it wasn't, it wouldn't show the achievements I've previously earned in that game. Plus, it's Windows Phone so the only profile it can use is mine without performing a reset. The Xbox App on my phone does show achievement unlock notifications for achievements that I'm unlocking on other XBox Live services. I'm not sure what you mean by refreshing my profile on my phone unless you're referring to resetting my phone and reinstalling all of my games and apps...
