    I claimed several digital item from the VIP vault with gems. On 4/15/18 and I have not received any response by email are message on my account. The transactios are posted on the my rewards ledger but no rewards claim code. I'm been checking email as well.
    Help!

    hi I recently redeemed a $10 VISA card using 500 gems on Xbox live rewards. However I did not receive an email to claim this reward.

    My gems are gone and I have the proof of transaction on “my VIP perks and gems statement”

    We see these Gems have been awarded and are in both your vault total at the top of the vault page and on your Gem statement. Please remember that it takes us 96 hours to receive new activity.

    We have reached out to our web team to investigate. Are you checking your vault registered email? Since that email is entered in the vault registration form, it can be different than your normal Xbox Live Rewards email. Also, have you been checking that
    email's junk mail folder? We have had reports of users having their messages filtered there.
