    My son has logged into his Fortnite account only to find his VBucks have disappeared, anyone else had this problem today or in the past, is there any way to check the VBuck transaction history? He is playing latest season on XBox 1One?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on V-Bucks. This happens when you purchase something. Then the charge is refunded for some reason. The only ones that can assist you is
    Epic games support. As Epic games is the only ones that can assist you, I will be locking this thread.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    We need to make sure that the V-bucks are successfully purchased under the account that your son is using, please follow the steps below:

    "Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

    Once confirmed that it is redeemed under the correct account, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.
