Missing two achievements from Xbox 360.

After the recent issues with achievements not showing up on Xbox.com, I found that some of my GS had not shown up.

I unlocked two achievements in Driver: San Francisco that for some reason did not show up and now the GS for that game and overall is stuck on an incorrect number and the achievements will not show up on Xbox.com.

Game is stuck on 880GS with 47 achievements unlocked.

Tried re-downloading my profile and playing the game but no dice.

When I look at your profile on xbox.com it shows both xbox one and 360 achievements and score.

Sorry to hear about the missing achievements! What are the names of the two achievements you're missing?

Let's begin by following each of these specific steps to get those achievements to unlock:

• Move your current save off of the Xbox 360 console and onto a flash drive so we can create a fresh save on your console.
  
• Clear the Xbox 360's cache three times.
  
• Disconnect your Xbox 360 console from online
• Launch the game (which should be a fresh new save) and try to re-earn the achievements
  
• If the achievement pops, be sure to connect back online so they can sync!

Try each of those steps and post back how it goes!

For the Xbox 360 achievements you mentioned you are missing, try the steps Daft Badger and I have recommended. If the issue persists, please post a new thread so we can offer support tailored for you!

 

Hey there, this does sound very strange, so they're not unlocked on xbox.com and you deleted and re-downloaded your profile and the achievements were still showing on the console? Because when you re-download your profile it's from this website, so theoretically
if the achievements aren't unlocked on this site, they wouldn't have downloaded to your console. So somewhere they must have registered as unlocked.

You said you re-downloaded your profile, but did you delete it first? If not I would suggest deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Then if it hasn't synced up if the achievements aren't displaying on the console try and unlock them again.

if you earn another achievement in the same game it should sync up, If however it was your last achievement in the game then there's currently no solution.

I suspect you probably unlocked both those achievement on the 14th of August

 

Yeah to be honest, I've seen more then just the two of your with this issue. It is starting to look like something on Xbox's end. I guess we'll have to wait for an official support agent's response.

They are both multi-player achievements so it would be hard to re-earn achievements with data already showing them as unlocked.

And yes they were unlocked on the 14th and strangely despite not counting toward overall GS or game GS they are showing up as unlocked 4 days ago on the Xbox site. Nothing else I really can do.

Deleting and re-downloading profile did not work. Given the above information it would be doubtful if

that would work now as well.

Earning extra achievements is doubtful as there is only the one left.

Well thanks for the suggestions, only hope is that someone official reports on the problem as I know it is widespread.

 

Oh lord, I too didn't get my last "A World of Keflings" achievement on August 14, 2014 at around 10:00 AM Pacific DST. I also got an achievement for "Lost Planet 2" that same day around 3:00 PM Pacific DST but that one unlocked just fine.

 

Thanks for the feedback matdan12, my advice was based off if this was a solitary issue with your account, so it's probably best to ignore. Though I will mention it is possibly re-earn MP achievements by starting a new save, I've had to do that before myself.
If the achievements are showing on Xbox.com though you will never be able to re-earn them as they are definitely unlocked, it's just a matter of having the website data display the same on your console.

Anyway I've seen more users with this issue today so I'm sure MS will catch on, that is if they aren't already working on a fix now.

 

Any chance of an update? Been almost a whole week. Starting to get a bit frustrated with this.

i do Count 49 unlocked achievements when comparing our games, so they are correctly unlocked and there is no way and no Need to re-earn them again for you, its up to MS that your data are shown correctly

 

Yeah but each week waiting for a fix leaves me thinking that MS really aren't all that interested in patching this.
