    Missing Tenure


    Hello, I recently purchased an xbox one with xbox live gold after a bit over a year of letting it lapse. As far as I understand it, I should still have the amount of tenure for the time that I previously had gold, correct? I looked and it appears I had
    xbox live gold from around late 2005/early 2006 to early 2013, and should therefore have around 7 years of service. However, I do not see my tenure reflected anywhere, my profile shows no tenure. Wondering if anyone can assist me? Thanks.

    Missing Tenure

    After a lengthy lapse it can take a while for your tenure to catch up to your account. Please be patient and I'm sure it will eventually show up again.

    I can't be sure of the length of time but you can also try sending a message to @xboxsupport on Twitter so they can see the issue.

    Hey PaRTwO! I haven't heard of missed payment being correlated to missing out on tenure! Looking at your account it seems there were a few lapses in Gold time which seem to make Mister Darcy's suggestion here accurate. Stay gold and you'll keep earning that
    tenure!
