    TV tab missing

    Seems that the TV tab only appeared for me when I downloaded the Verizon app.

    Hey Albert,

    I'm sorry to hear of the issues being experienced today. I'd be happy to help.

    Have you done a hard reset and
    power cycle     to your Xbox yet? Hold down the power button on your Xbox for about 10 seconds, when it turns off unplug the power cord from your Xbox and the power outlet for a few minutes and then turn the Xbox on again.

    Let us know the results!

    Thank you for keeping us updated. Is this console enrolled in the
    Xbox Insider program    ? The store not appearing could be caused by an issue with downloading the latest system update. This can be resolved by completing a

    soft factory reset    . This is the type of factory reset that keeps games and applications installed. All accounts on the console will be removed so the email addresses and passwords must be known before this step is taken. Be sure to let us know the results!

    The options to do a soft reset are not available under the settings tab/cosole settings, no updates either??

    can someone call me

    Missing store tab,

    Hey Albert,

    To reset your console to factory settings you would need to pull up your
    Settings>System>Console Info>Reset Console>Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.     Before selecting the option to reset,
    make sure you know your email and password for the account as you will need to re-add it during the set up.

    If it does not give you the option to reset your console then you would need to do an

    Offline System Update     as the recent system update has gotten corrupted and you will need to force the Xbox to update again.
