Missing some games on ready to install library

So... Remember when pubg was free and all you had to do is just claim the game and you get the copy, yep it's missing now and Elder Scrolls Online too, and I have to buy them in to download now. What should I do?

Both games have been part of free play weekends, not completely free. Free play weekends only allow you to play the games for free on those specific days. You have to purchase them if you want to continue playing them for free afterwards.

PUBG has never been free.

As for ESO please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and find your order number for that.

Then go to customer support and provide that info to them.

Also by chance are you thinking of a Free to Play weekend when the game was playable for free ?

PUBG and the Elder Scrolls Onlime is available to download for free with an active subscription of Gamepass.

You will also need an active Gold subscription to be able to play them as they are both online games.
