Unfortunately we are not the ones that “took” your dance and skin but can I suggest a more proper approach? If you ask nicely, it’ll just benefit you and you’ll be sure to get better help and quicker answers!

I suggest that you contact Xbox support as they will be better equipped to help you resolve the issue.

You also have the option to set up a call back from Xbox support.

The agent would be able to look into your account / subscriptions and see what might be causing that issue.
