Missing serial number on broke Xbox one Controller that is under warranty.

I bought a Xbox one Day One console and purchased the extended warranty from Microsoft which includes 2 controller replacements. The controller needs to be replaced but the serial number has worn off. Is there anything I can do? The barcode is fine, anyway
to scan it?

Elite Controller moves from alone, losing rubber, key broken

Hello. my contoller is broken and still in warranty. but im not able to register this controller alone and when i add the serial number than it allows me to order parts but not to send my broken controller for repair.

for sure my xbox one ios out of service but not my 10 month old controller.... please help me...... 150 euro controller 10 month and more than 3 thinks are broken... ... im speechless.....

Lunar White controller has been available for sale for a little under a year. the receipt is necessary to provide proof of purchase as controllers are only covered by a 90 day warranty. Alternatively, I would suggest you register the controller at

devicesupport doing so will give you more warranty info. The serial number is located on the box or under the batteries. Thanks!

Unless you have a warranty they wont replace it. They told me I would just have to buy a new one after mine broke. Also you dont need an Xbox One all you need is the serial number for the controller thats on the sticker behind the battery pack.

Hello go to the support page and fill out a repair request. The serial number is located under the battery in back of the controller. Make sure you have the serial number so you can see if still under warranty.
