    Missing Season Pass


    So i just recently booted division back up but i have a problem. my season pass is missing from my games/apps, i still have all my season pass items but i cannot access any DLC. all it keeps telling me is that i have to re buy the season pass, any ideas?
    i still have my receipt and everything.

    Hey there -

    So to clarify, if you look at
    The Division Season Pass     in the Xbox web store, it's asking you to purchase it? Did you purchase the game physically or digitally? And if it was physically, where did you purchase your season pass? If it was digitally, can you take a screenshot of your
    Microsoft Commerce account and message me the link via Xbox Live message please?

    I have the same problem now. Just bought the Season Pass digitally from the Xbox store (via the Xbox app) and now I can see some Season pass items, but not the DLC's. I have no access.

    problem solved. I went to 'buy' the DLC's and then it said: you already got them, want to install? That fixed it.

    This appears to be an issue on Xbox's side, as the code I redeemed shows it includes the season pass, but when you select what is included, it is missing the season pass.
