SOT support pointed me here after saying that it may take up to 7 days to receive my items.

Missing flintlock skin - Sea of Thieves

I haven't recieved my ebony flintlock pistol skin on Sea of thieves from the mixer stream.

purchased content page. We also see that you have already received the Ebony Flintlock pistol. You can access the content in the weapon box to switch your weapons out. Thank you.

 

I did pre-order the game, but for some reason its not showing up in my purchase history.

I can see that the pistol was redeemed on my account but I still can't access it in-game.
