Missing saves and incorrect new save dates

I can see that you are having issues with your Starfield saved data. Here are some steps we can take to try and fix the issue.

- Go to Settings > System > Storage > Manage storage > Saved data.

- Find Starfield and press the Menu button on your controller.

- Select Delete all to delete the local save data.

- Restart your console and launch Starfield.

- The game will sync with the cloud and download your latest saves.

- Go to Settings > System > Time & date and make sure it is set correctly.

That's incorrect. Your save data is separate from the install. Deleting the install doesn't delete your save data.

I agree that your issue may be caused by an incorrect daylight savings setting.

Settings for adjusting time/date on your system

From the sounds of it you created a new account for Live instead of promoting your old one.

You promote offline accounts by signing in to it, pressing the guide button (the big silver one) and then choosing the Join Xbox Live option.

If your new account is automatically signing in you can access the old one by again pressing the guide button and pressing X to sign out. You'll now see the option to Sign In and how many profiles there are on your console. Select that option and you should
be able to access your old account again and promote it to Live access if you wish.

All saves are locked to the profile they were made by, so using your old account is the only way to access that progress.
