Missing Save data.

Hey guys I'm missing save data for all of my games. For the immediate games that I have installed at the very least. I fired up Master Chief Collection today and was reading 0% completion with everything reset to default. Then I went to Dragon Age Inquisition
and all three years of my save where gone. And the same for battlefield 4. On Saturday I had all of these games and save data. I'm completely at a loss on what to do, or on if its possible to force the cloud to synic save data that may be there.

List of things I've tried.

1. Restart Xbox

2. Clear local save data(had none showing up in storage anyways, hope it would force a sync)

Missing save data

I posted this in the Halo Waypoint forums and the Xbox Halo 3 forum, but I figured I would try this here to make it more visible.

I was just looking at my cloud storage when I noticed that save data is missing for Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST, despite playing both of these games. Does anyone else have this problem? Any help would be appreciated. I have lent these games out to friends, so
I haven't had the chance to try them myself to see if I can still access somehow. However, that wouldn't make much sense as the data is clearly gone.

Missing save data

Hey, jigawatts, did you try and download your profile again? That happened to me once and I redownloaded my profile and it got fixed.

Sorry to hear it. Can you try deleting your profile from the console and then redownloading it? Hopefully that will work.

Yes, but it's very strange. These problems are frequent among EA gamers, especially Mass Effect 3. I however, have never heard of this problem with the Halo games. Although, missing save data is an old pastime with Halo 3: ODST. I eventually got so sick
of it that I played through the entire campaign in one sitting, the data usually applies itself to your gamertag... i.e. the audiophiles in game and such. However, I'm not saying... "hey, play the game through in one sitting", I'm not saying that at all.

Sorry to hear you having this issue, I have to ask if you are on the same account? also have to ask if you use a external hard drive at all incase it was put on external hard drive?.

Have you tried a hard restart to see if it's just a glitch in your Xbox?

Have you tried removing your account from the Xbox then signing back in? This will trigger a sync for your save files.

All your saved data stays in the cloud so I didn't even know you could lose it.
