Missing save button

So is this happening to anyone else because the save button for the Design lab is missing and I can't save controllers to my gallery, is there a fix for this?

At the risk of sounding like a total noob.....How do you?

evade? great ... i'm missing a button ,how embarrassing...what button is it? just to save me flicking through the booklet...pfffff what a brass neck hehe ...thanks for your help btw

 

Missing saves

I have been playing HALO 3 for several days now and it's been working fine. Today, I setup a LIVE account. When I tried to start my game again, I was given the option to "Start" a game not "Continue" my game. Is all of my hard work over the last several
days gone?!?!? I am new to Xbox, and I'm afraid that I've screwed it up.

Are you currently trying this on the Xbox console or the website? I do know yesterday the save was there as I did one as a test. Please let us know, thanks.

pictures here unable to locate save either, these are from the console. Only at the checkout does it say save for later.

In addition to this, try turning off adblockers and any privacy extensions you have. Sometimes they interfere with how things are setup in the back end. Re-enable them once done though.

 

Have you tried clearing out the Cache and Cookies?

 

yes I have, I was using Vivaldi for my main browser, then I check with chrome to see if it was a browser issue and it still didn't show up, but i'm sure it will be fixed or randomly show up again.

 

so I just found out you have to add to cart then you can save it, thats a little weird but It 's atleast a way I can save controllers

 

it's weird because it started when design lab was put on xbox ones and the microsoft store

 

and it won't let me save on the webstore either

We've been looking into this and we have found the website does allow the controllers to save it just changed a bit, try going all the way to check out (like if the purchase was about to be made) and it should show up. Give it a shot and let us know how
it goes!
