    Missing Rewards


    On the Xbox rewards website I have been waiting for my rewards to deposit into my account since last month. I have 17,500 credits which should have deposited the 30th of the month but did not deposit at all. I would like to have my rewards deposited as I
    want to use them towards my purchases.

    Hello,

    so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

    Freedom Rewards

    1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

    - Paladins 5hours = done

    - Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

    - Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

    1000 points missing

    Franken Rewards

    10000 points missing

    collect 5 Achievements from a Game

    Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

    collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

    Missing Rewards

    Keep in mind that credits are scheduled to be deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
    the 15th of the next month.

    Hello cenzmasterchief,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since the Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credit amount required for a automatically scheduled deposit occurred on the 16th, your Credits will be a part of the mid-April deposit cycle.
