Missing rewards

Hi, i have spent a fair amount of money on the store other the years, and usually have my rewards deposited from the month before and have never had a problem. However, ive been waiting this month for my rewards from last month and none have been deposited,
despite buying two seperate titles and numerous dlc. Checked my statement online, and couldnt see any traces of my rewards, despite having 10% cashback from purchases.

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated March MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Furthermore, something you may not be aware of is that purchases that go towards offers will not also award payback, so your purchase that went towards Simply Rewarding
will not also award payback. We do not see any DLC add-on purchases, but we do see a game consumable purchase. Keep in mind that pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, and will not award payback.
