Missing Rewards

I renewed my Xbox Live Gold subscription in December and bought the Gears of War 4 Season Pass a week ago. As far as I can tell neither purchase has posted to my Rewards. Can you check my account and see if there is something else I need to do?

Also, I stopped receiving emails from the rewards program. I stopped playing Xbox for a while and during that time it is possible that I opted out of the emails but I'd like to opt back in now if that is the case. I cannot find a way to do it online. Can
you help with this as well?

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

I figured out the email thing, that was on me. I'd still like to figure out why my purchases are not showing up. Thanks.

 

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

There have not been any offers to receive credits for purchasing season passes. If you have at least 1 star level, that purchase would be part of your VIP rebate. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month,
so if you bought it in January, it would be too soon to see credits pending.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
